We are recruiting an experienced Operations Manager for an international professional services organization in Saudi Arabia. This newly created position will oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the company’s offices in Riyadh and Al Khobar
.
The successful candidate will provide operational leadership, manage local business requirements, and ensure that Saudi Arabia operations are aligned with the organization’s global standards. The role will work closely with senior leadership in Saudi Arabia and international operational teams.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily office and business operations across Riyadh and Al Khobar.
- Lead local operational initiatives and implement global projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Manage office budgets, expenses, suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Oversee facilities management, maintenance, health and safety, and workplace standards.
- Support office relocations, renovations, expansions, and other operational projects.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, and other support functions.
- Provide guidance on local employment practices, business requirements, and regulations.
- Support employee relations and ensure operational matters are handled effectively.
- Manage, support, and develop a small local operations team.
- Build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders and employees.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, service quality, and efficiency.
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Significant experience in office management, business operations, administration, or a similar leadership role.
- Experience with in a law firm, professional services firm, or multinational organization is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi employment practices, regulations, and local business requirements.
- Proven experience managing budgets, suppliers, facilities, and operational projects.
- Ability to work independently, make sound local decisions, and remain aligned with global policies.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent English communication skills;
Arabic fluency is expected. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and international environment.
- Willing and able to support operations in both Riyadh and Al Khobar.
While some flexibility may be available when required, the successful candidate is expected to be predominantly office-based due to the responsibilities of the position.
