Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee a portfolio of strategic projects and programs within the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery within timeline and budget. The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring multiple interrelated projects, ensuring alignment between programs and overall company strategy, managing risks, and coordinating resources across teams. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years of experience in program/project management, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, and preferably holds professional certifications such as PMP or PgMP, along with strong leadership and analytical skills.

The Program Manager will serve as an experienced program leader responsible for the end-to-end management, planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects. The role involves leading and managing project teams, coordinating cross-functional resources, overseeing the full project lifecycle, and ensuring successful delivery in alignment with timelines, budgets, quality standards, and strategic objectives. The Program Manager will provide strong leadership, stakeholder management, decision-making, and risk mitigation, while ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all levels.

Requires 10+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and professional certifications such as PMP or PgMP.

• Excellent English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to interact with senior management and key stakeholders.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMO, or equivalent project/program management certifications are required or highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
