Senior Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Oversee planning, execution, risk, and financial management across all project stages.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Report progress, risks, and opportunities to senior management with recommended actions.
• Oversee the delivery of large-scale projects from planning through completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and potential challenges.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between project objectives, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide strong financial oversight, including project cost and budget management.
• Oversee contractual matters and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Provide effective project leadership and strategic direction.
• Prepare and deliver regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive project efficiency, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Proactively resolve project issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Ensure successful project delivery and achievement of overall project objectives.

• a bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field (master's degree preferred).
• Possess 12-15+ years of proven experience in managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management, and contract administration.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
• Exhibit excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly desirable.
