We are seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead ICG’s operating engine — connecting sales operations, business lines, delivery, capacity, resource planning, portfolio performance, technology enablement, subsidiaries, operational growth, and strategic investments into one high-performance organization.

This is a strategic executive role focused on scaling the organization, strengthening execution, expanding operational capacity, enabling sales performance, and converting ICG’s growth ambitions into sustainable enterprise value.

• Oversee the operational management and performance infrastructure supporting ICG’s sales organization.
• Ensure sales teams have the capacity, resources, solutions, delivery readiness, commercial support, and operational processes required to convert opportunities into successful engagements.
• Work closely with the CRO to translate revenue targets and pipeline requirements into capacity plans, resource allocation, solution readiness, delivery capacity, and execution priorities.
• Drive sales operations excellence through pipeline visibility, forecasting support, sales enablement, bid and RFP coordination, commercial processes, and cross-functional execution.

• Lead the operational performance and scalability of ICG’s business lines and service capabilities.
• Develop and execute operating strategies aligned with ICG’s corporate objectives, market opportunities, and long-term growth ambitions.
• Establish performance frameworks, operating standards, and accountability mechanisms across the organization.
• Ensure business lines operate with strong delivery discipline, operational efficiency, utilization, profitability, and measurable performance.

• Drive growth through operational excellence, scalable delivery models, improved utilization, and stronger organizational capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to expand delivery capacity, scale existing capabilities, develop new services, and improve operational profitability.
• Translate strategic growth priorities into executable operational plans.
• Build the organizational infrastructure required to support ICG’s expansion across Saudi Arabia and regional markets.

• Oversee delivery governance, PMO performance, execution quality, timelines, risk management, and operational accountability.
• Establish consistent delivery methodologies, governance standards, and performance controls across strategic engagements.
• Ensure effective coordination between commercial, solution, delivery, and support functions.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution, client outcomes, quality, and profitability.

• Own enterprise-wide capacity and resource planning across ICG’s business lines and sales requirements.
• Align workforce capacity, skills, utilization, and resource allocation with pipeline demand and delivery requirements.
• Develop scalable workforce and resource models that support growth while maintaining delivery quality and operational efficiency.
• Ensure appropriate capacity planning for strategic programs, pipeline requirements, and future growth.
• Oversee the performance and strategic alignment of ICG’s portfolio of services, solutions, programs, capabilities, and strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate portfolio performance, profitability, scalability, market relevance, and delivery requirements.
• Identify opportunities to optimize, expand, develop, or rationalize portfolio offerings.
