Job Description:Parsons are looking for a highly motivated Stage Gate Assurance & Monitoring - Senior Manager to join their team!
The Stage Gate Assurance & Monitoring Senior Manager supports the Asset Management Governance & Assurance Director by coordinating AM assurance inputs across Stage Gate reviews, design reviews and handover readiness activities. The role ensures City AM requirements are captured early, reviewed consistently and evidenced in line with the ISO 55001-aligned AM framework.
Working under the Asset Management Governance & Assurance Director, the role coordinates design reviews, monitors AM trigger points, tracks decisions and actions, and ensures Stage Gate outcomes are consistently reflected in project, readiness, handover and lifecycle plans.
What You'll Be Doing;Coordinate AM assurance inputs for relevant Stage Gate sessions, ensuring trigger points are identified, evidenced and reviewed at the appropriate stage.
Monitor AM requirements linked to Operator Strategy, Operational Readiness Plans, budgets, delivery plans, asset requirements and handover readiness.
Prepare concise assurance summaries showing review status, open risks, conditions, evidence gaps and recommended AM decision position.
Support go / conditional go / no-go recommendations by ensuring decisions are evidence-based, risk-informed and recorded in the AM platform.
Facilitate timely design reviews ahead of Stage Gate sessions, engaging City AM, City Operations, O&M, delivery teams and technical leads.
Coordinate AM input on operability, maintainability, lifecycle impact, Opex, service levels, asset requirements and handover readiness.
Track review comments, owners, responses and closure status, ensuring issues are resolved or escalated before Stage Gate decisions.
Support go / conditional go / no-go recommendations by consolidating evidence, risks, conditions and unresolved matters.
Bachelor's degree in Asset Management, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
Professional certification in asset management, project controls, assurance, governance or project management is desirable.
Minimum 15 years experience in asset management, governance, assurance, design review coordination, handover readiness, project controls or infrastructure delivery.
Strong understanding of Stage Gate processes, action tracking, evidence management, risk escalation and decision support.
Experience working with City Operations, O&M teams, delivery teams, consultants and asset management stakeholders is preferred.
Background in AM governance, operational readiness, handover, assurance, PMO or design review environments.
Exposure to ISO 55001-aligned asset management principles, including lifecycle, value, risk and continual improvement.
Stage Gate assurance, design review coordination and governance reporting.
Evidence management, comment tracking, action closure and decision logs.
Operational readiness, handover requirements, maintainability and lifecycle considerations.
AM platform use, dashboards, exception reporting and escalation management.
