We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Expert with proven expertise in infrastructure asset management and hands on experience with dTIMS.The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing asset management frameworks, optimizing asset lifecycle performance, and aligning strategies with organizational goals and regulatory standards. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, advanced technical knowledge, and the ability to integrate asset management with financial planning for sustainable, data-driven decision making.

• Leading strategic asset management initiatives, including lifecycle planning, risk analysis, and performance optimization.
• Developing and executing maintenance management strategies, including preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
• Utilizing dTIMS (Deterioration Curves & Decision Trees Infrastructure Management System) for asset condition assessment, deterioration modeling, and decision support.
• Preparing and managing asset data using GIS and other asset management tools to ensure accuracy, reliability, and transparency.
• Collaborating with finance and operations teams to integrate asset management into budgeting and resource allocation processes.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives.
• Providing leadership and guidance in improving asset sustainability and long-term infrastructure performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field in infrastructure asset management.
• Minimum 10 years of experience
  , with at least 5 years specifically in asset management
  .
• Strong expertise in strategic asset management
  , lifecycle planning, risk assessment, and performance optimization.
• Demonstrated experience in maintenance management strategies
  , including preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Proven proficiency in dTIMS (Deterioration Curves & Decision Trees Infrastructure Management System).
• Ability to design and implement asset management frameworks aligned with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Experience integrating asset management with financial planning and budgeting
  .
• Knowledge of GIS and other asset management software for enhanced data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
