Our client is a global distribution company that offers Express Deliveries, eCommerce Solutions, 3PL Warehousing & eCommerce Fulfillment, and Freight & Logistics Services. Looking for a Branch Manager at their office in Riyadh.
Reporting Line: KSA Country Director
Salary to be discussed.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations, including warehousing, transportation, and customer service to ensure efficiency and service quality.
- Lead, manage, and develop branch staff, setting performance goals and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining service standards and resolving escalated issues.
- Manage the branch budget, control costs, and drive profitability through business opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with sales teams to increase market share.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years in logistics/supply chain management, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of KSA logistics operations, financial management, and customer service.
- Proven team leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
