Project Manager, Project & Program Management, Operations Management

The Project Manager will lead and manage entrepreneurship initiatives with a strong focus on international incubation and acceleration programs. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing incubation projects in collaboration with global partners, startups, and ecosystem stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery and measurable impact.

• Manage end-to-end entrepreneurship and international incubation projects.
• Coordinate with incubators, accelerators, mentors, and international partners.
• Oversee program timelines, budgets, and performance indicators.
• Support startups through incubation and acceleration phases.
• Prepare progress reports, evaluations, and stakeholder communications.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
• Assign tasks, manage team performance, and facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and control project costs.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Keep all stakeholders informed with regular updates, reports, and meetings.
• Track progress and ensure milestones are met according to the project schedule.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Use project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or Trello and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) as needed.

• Experience in managing entrepreneurship, incubation, or acceleration programs.
• Strong understanding of startup ecosystems and international innovation environments.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work in cross-cultural and international settings.
