Reporting to the Global Head of Integrity, the Regional Head of Integrity –MEA, the
Regional Head of Integrity – Middle East and Africa (MEA)drivesintegrity with strategic leadership, development, and governance of the organization’s Ethics & Compliance (Integrity) framework across the region.
In this roleyou will lead and develop the regional Integrity/Compliance team whilebuildingorganizational ethics and compliance capabilities, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring effective management of regional risks.
The position covers all key areas of compliance risk, including but not limited to business conduct, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, trade compliance, information and cyber security, data privacy, conflicts of interest, confidentiality, fraud prevention, investigations, and broader governance topics.
Acting as a recognized subject matter expert and trusted advisor, the role combines strategic direction with operational execution, ensuring that compliance programs are effectively embedded into business activities. Performance is measured through program effectiveness, enforcement outcomes, risk mitigation, and the successful implementation of policies, procedures, and operational plans aligned with organizational objectives.

Act as the primary point of contact and drive our regionalstrategyand governance by definingand executing the regional Integrity strategy aligned with global priorities and company values.
Develop and drive regional integrity training and awareness initiatives, promoting ethical behavior, a strong speak-up culture, and a workplace grounded in integrity, transparency, and non-retaliation across all levels.
Establish operational plans, priorities, and performance metrics for the regional Integrity function.
Support and advise the Global Head of Integrity and global team on regional developments and risks.
Lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of regional
Ethics & Compliance and global Integrity programs.
Design and oversee all relevant and necessarypolicies and procedureswith evolving regulatory and business requirements.
Manage Risk,Monitor& Auditby Identifying,assessing, and proactively managingcompliance and integrity risks across MEA.
Lead and oversee internal
Investigations & Issue Resolutioninaccordance with Group policies and Code of Conduct.
Ensure investigations are conducted fairly, independently, andin a timely manner.
Provide guidance on complex or high-risk cases and ensure consistency in outcomes.
Provide Integrity support in key business activities, includingcontract negotiations,Third-party risk management and due diligence,M&Atransactionsand strategic initiatives
Your background
Degree in Law or other relevant qualifications(advanced degree preferred).
10+ years of experience as a compliance/integrity professional in multinational environments, top-tier law firms, or industrial companies.
Extensive subject matterexpertisein ethics, compliance, and governance disciplines.
Deepexpertisein anti-bribery and anti-corruption frameworks and enforcement (including Bribery Act and similar regulations).
Strong knowledge of international sanctions, export controls, AML, and data privacy.
Demonstratedexpertisein compliance frameworks, governance, and risk management.
Proven experience in partnering and influencing key internal and external stakeholders
ExperiencerepresentingMEA in global Integrity and Compliance forums.
Years or experience in recruiting,leading and developing teams.
