Risk Manager/Analyst
The job holder is responsible for design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s comprehensive Business Continuity Management (BCM) & Supply chain framework including leading advanced risk assessments, developing mitigation strategies, and aligning BC activities with organizational goals, regulations, and emerging risks.

KeyRoles and Responsibilities
- Ensuring work is performed based on approved policies, processes, procedures, and instructions.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, practices, cost optimization, and productivity & efficiency improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards within WTCO and related functions such as but not limited to (HC, HSSE, Risk, Cybersecurity, etc..).
- Escalate problems to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Lead comprehensive risk assessments and scenario planning for BC & Supply chain and Crisis Management.
- Serve as a key liaison with internal leadership and external stakeholders to ensure BC strategies are well understood and supported.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance BC & Supply chain readiness and crisis response capabilities.
- Oversee the development and execution of organization-wide BC & Supply chain and crisis training programs.
- Ensure full integration of BC & Supply chain strategies with enterprise risk management, IT disaster recovery, and cybersecurity measures.
- Evaluate the resilience of third-party relationships and implement improvement plans where needed.
- Ensure BC & Supply chain and Crisis Management activities meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Lead financial risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of disruptions.
- Oversee and facilitate post-crisis reviews, embedding lessons learned into organizational policies and plans.
- Provide expert guidance to teams and leadership on BC and Crisis Management best practices
Bachelors in Risk Management or Relevant fields Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Relevant fields
