Position: Brand Manager -F&B |

Leverage your expertise and become a key force in shaping a fast-growing brand within the F&B coffee industry, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

As a Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and expanding the brand’s identity, market presence, and multi-channel growth. You will drive brand strategy, oversee marketing execution, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to strengthen customer engagement and elevate brand performance.

Key Accountabilities
  • Build and refine a strong brand identity that reflects the company’s values and market positioning.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and new growth opportunities.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and wholesale platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance, ensuring high impact and strong return on investment (ROI).
  • Manage partnerships with external agencies and vendors to enhance brand visibility and effectiveness.
  • Oversee all creative output, ensuring alignment with the brand’s visual identity and strategic direction.
  • Develop compelling content and messaging tailored to different customer segments and channels.
  • Ensure consistency of brand representation across digital assets, in‑store materials, and promotional campaigns.

Knowledge, Skills, and

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (additional certifications are a plus).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the F&B, retail, or consumer goods sectors.
  • Strong experience in multi‑channel brand building, digital marketing, and campaign management.
  • Proven ability to manage creative teams, agencies, and cross‑functional projects.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in marketing tools, digital analytics, and customer insights.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management capabilities.
