Senior Specialist - Outreach & Communications

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a creative and driven Senior Specialist - Outreach & Communications to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing outreach and communication strategies that effectively engage diverse audiences and promote our initiatives within the community. Your expertise in communication techniques and outreach methodologies will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and fostering meaningful connections.

• Develop and implement comprehensive outreach strategies to effectively communicate Qiddiya's vision, projects, and initiatives to the community and relevant stakeholders
• Create engaging communication materials, including brochures, newsletters, press releases, and social media content to promote our initiatives and enhance community awareness
• Coordinate and organize outreach events, workshops, and presentations to engage diverse audiences and encourage participation in Qiddiya's projects
• Build and maintain relationships with local community organizations, media representatives, and influencers to expand outreach efforts
• Monitor and analyze outreach and communication effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvements based on community feedback and media coverage
• Collaborate with internal teams to align communication efforts with overall project goals and strategic objectives
• Support the development of key messaging frameworks to ensure consistent and accurate communication across all platforms

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in outreach, communications, or public relations, preferably within the entertainment or leisure sector
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful outreach and communication strategies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Experience with social media platforms and digital communication strategies
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred
