Marketing Executive

As a seasoned marketing professional, you will oversee all aspects of marketing activities and collaborate cross functionally to ensure alignment with company objectives.

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support business objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, and content channels to maximize reach and engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams to create compelling collateral, sales enablement tools, and product messaging tailored to target audiences.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.
• Manage and evolve the Slimstock brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and communications.
• Drive lead generation efforts through targeted campaigns and effective use of marketing automation platforms.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize marketing strategies.
• Build and nurture relationships with industry partners, media outlets, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
• Represent Slimstock at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements to strengthen brand presence and thought leadership.
• Stay ahead of marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovation and relevance in all initiatives.
• Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong ROI on all marketing investments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years Marketing experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply; prior leadership or internship experience is advantageous.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to and execute marketing plans aligned with business goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage stakeholders in both Arabic and English (verbal & written)
• Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices across digital and traditional channels.
• Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data and making informed, data-driven decisions.
• Creative and solution-oriented, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
