Demand Generation Senior Specialist (Saudi only)
Müller's Solutions is looking for a Demand Generation Senior Specialist with a focus on driving marketing initiatives to accelerate lead generation and conversion rates. As a key player in our marketing team, you will design and implement effective demand generation strategies targeted at our key market segments. Your expertise will contribute significantly to growing our client base and enhancing overall brand visibility.
In this role, you will work closely with sales, product marketing, and other cross‑functional teams to develop integrated campaigns that align with our business objectives. Your strong understanding of marketing metrics and analytics will help optimize our strategies for maximum impact.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, social media, content marketing)
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize efforts based on KPIs and ROI metrics
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure campaigns are aligned with sales goals and to support lead nurturing initiatives
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs
- Create engaging content to attract and convert leads, including whitepapers, case studies, and webinars
- Manage marketing automation processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of lead generation
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure innovative approaches to demand generation
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, marketing, or a related role
- Strong experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Marketo) and CRM systems
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns
- Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and content marketing best practices
- Saudi nationals preferred
