Field Marketing/Marketing Campaign Manager – Middle East
Sutherland is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Marketing Campaigns/Field Marketing to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and ROI across the Middle East
. This role is both strategic and execution-focused, requiring the skillset to build the long-term vision for multi-touch customer journeys along with the day-to-day operations of running multiple campaigns tailored to regional buying behaviors and performance KPIs. You’re a fit for this role if you are passionate about accelerating revenue, comfortable rolling up your sleeves, and have a strong bias to data-driven action.
Success in this position will be measured by significant contributions to sales pipeline growth, efficient marketing ROI, and the elevation of Sutherland’s brand awareness in target markets.
- Plan, craft, execute and manage integrated marketing campaigns to increase awareness and generate qualified leads in priority Middle East markets.
- Localize messaging and campaign tactics to regional buyer behaviors, regulations, market expectations and language.
- Benchmark competitors in-region and incorporate insights into campaigns.
- Recommend region-specific innovation in tactics, partnerships and media.
- Align closely with regional sales, industry marketing leaders translate GTM goals into action.
- Manage campaign tactics across brand and demand: PR and media, events and webinars, digital channels (social, email, etc)
- Integrate ABM practices into campaign approach. Personalize messaging using intent data and region-specific personas.
- Oversee campaign execution and cross-functional coordination across time zones.
- Optimize performance by tracking regional channel mix effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B tests across content formats and targeting methods tailored to regional segments.
- Lead and support Middle East-based field events, round tables, and webinars.
- Coordinate promotion, logistics, localization, and speaker prep.
- Leverage insights into Middle East buyer pain points and cultural nuances to develop or adapt content that resonates with regional audiences.
- Provide feedback to the content and design teams based on local market trends.
- Execute campaigns that convert regional leads into opportunities.
- Work with sales teams in-region to ensure lead handling is seamless.
- Analyze funnel activity to adjust messaging and targeting.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance specific to each region.
- Track pipeline contribution, ROI, and influenced revenue at a regional level.
- Partner with ops to ensure accurate attribution and localization in data tracking.
- 5+ years in B2B campaigns, demand gen, field marketing
- Deep understanding of Middle East markets and media landscapes
- Strong track record executing regional campaigns across digital and physical channels
- Fluency with Mar Tech including Marketo, Salesforce, ABM platforms
- Analytical, data-driven, and comfortable working across time zones
- Experience collaborating with regional sales teams and localizing GTM strategy
- Fluent in English and Arabic
