Based in Riyadh, within the Performance Marketing team, you will drive creative and data‑driven collaborations with influencers and content creators across social media platforms, elevating our brand presence and marketing impact.

• Influencer Program Development:
  Design, lead, and optimize Nice one’s influencer marketing program, identifying opportunities for strategic partnerships.
• Creator Sourcing & Outreach:
  Source, vet, and recruit relevant influencers and content creators, building a diverse network of brand partners to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Campaign Execution &
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Coordinate end‑to‑end influencer campaigns, collaborating closely with creators and internal marketing, content and design teams to deliver campaigns aligned to business objectives.
• Relationship Management:
  Cultivate long‑term, mutually beneficial relationships with influencers, negotiating fair contracts and ensuring clear communication and expectations.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting:
  Monitor and analyze key metrics, providing actionable insights and regular reports on campaign ROI, reach, engagement and conversion.
• Brand Alignment:
  Ensure all influencer content is on‑brand, reflects Nice one’s values and complies with legal and ethical marketing guidelines.
• Market Trends & Innovation:
  Stay abreast of influencer marketing trends, platforms and technologies to keep Nice one’s campaigns at the forefront of digital innovation.
• Community Building:
  Develop initiatives to engage and grow Nice one’s social communities through collaborative and authentic influencer storytelling.

• Educational Background:
  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field preferred. Additional certifications in influencer or social media marketing are a plus.
• Influencer Marketing
  
  Experience:
  
  At least 2 years of hands‑on experience designing, managing and evaluating influencer or creator campaigns within a brand, agency or similar digital environment.
• Relationship Management:
  Exceptional ability to build rapport with creators, negotiate partnerships and manage complex collaborations with professionalism.
• Digital Proficiency:
  Strong command of influencer platforms, tracking tools and campaign analytics (e.g., Instagram Insights, Tik Tok Creator tools, third‑party analytics solutions).
• Data‑Driven Decision‑Making:
  Analytical skills to evaluate influencer ROI, optimise campaigns and translate data into actionable strategy.
• Project Management:
  Strong organisational skills managing multiple campaigns, deliverables and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaboration:
  
  Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with diverse teams.
• Attention to Detail:
  High level of accuracy in reviewing campaign content and contracts, ensuring all elements meet brand standards.
