We are seeking a motivated and creative Influencer Marketing Specialist with 0–2 years of experience to support the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience working with influencers across social media platforms and a strong understanding of digital marketing and brand communication.

• Identify, research, and engage relevant influencers aligned with the brand’s values and target audience.
• Support the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat.
• Coordinate with influencers on content briefs, timelines, deliverables, and campaign guidelines.
• Monitor influencer content to ensure brand alignment and compliance with agreed requirements.
• Track and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare performance reports.
• Manage influencer databases and maintain ongoing relationships with creators.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, social media) to align influencer activities with overall marketing strategies.
• Stay up to date with influencer marketing trends, social media updates, and competitor activities.

• 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
• Experience in coordinating with influencers and managing campaign deliverables.
• Basic knowledge of influencer performance metrics and reporting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
