* Key Responsibilities:

*** Assist in creating and localizing marketing content (English & Arabic) for social media, internal newsletters, collaterals and campaigns.
* Support internal communications (e.g., newsletters (primary points), email bulletins, town halls).
* Draft basic messages and scripts for internal announcements and events.
* Help manage social media calendars, monitor engagement, and coordinate with agencies for content publishing.
* Track performance metrics and prepare simple reports.
* Maintain and audit marketing collateral to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Coordinate updates and distribution of materials with relevant stakeholders.
* Assist in planning and execution of wellness events and local activations.
* Provide logistical support for internal and external events.
* Support marketing activities for new product launches, including content updates, event coordination, and internal communication.
* Support launching and communicating new digital platforms (website, mobile app, broker portal).
* supporting relationship-building activities with our partners (providers, clients, and brokers).
* Coordinate with vendors, and internal teams for approvals and logistics.
* Coordinate with PR agencies for campaign execution and needed launches.
* Prepare basic reports on campaign performance and event outcomes.

* Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
* 1–2 years of experience in marketing or communications (internship experience acceptable).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools (Canva, PowerPoint).
* Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.

* Skills:

*** Knowledge of Saudi market and cultural norms.
* Basic understanding of digital marketing and event planning.
* Teamwork and adaptability.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving.
* Fluent Arabic and English speaker.
