Hardlines Marketing Team is looking for a focused & self-driven marketing manager who can understand nuances of home shoppers, barriers to purchase and segment customers based on their preferences and needs. Subsequently, the person will be crafting strategies and lead key actions to drive external traffic via digital campaigns and own budget management for all initiatives. In addition, the person will be instrumental in shaping our AI-driven marketing future, serving as the primary SME for AI-driven marketing solutions.

Will lead PR activations for OHL team.

Key job responsibilities
  • Manage the on-going optimization of performance marketing channels to improve channel efficiency and drive business growth. Drive sales and increased engagement for customers through all available marketing channels, including internal & external partnerships, traffic channels (outbound, paid channels) & more
  • Drive incremental experiments & identify mechanisms to scale channels & inputs to drive customer engagement and influence repeat purchases and manage budgets
  • Proactively share worldwide best practices and mutual learning across all cross-functional & category marketing teams worldwide
  • Design and carry out well-structured experiments (including tracking, measuring, and reporting)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience of using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences and influence key stakeholders
  • Act as primary liaison between OHL team and central team for PR activation.
  • Lead identification and implementation of AI opportunities, serve as primary SME for AI-driven marketing solutions, and present strategies to leadership
  • Drive cross-functional adoption of successful projects, scale proven initiatives to

    A.in marketplace level, build technology partnerships, and develop implementation frameworks.
Basic Qualifications
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Masters of Business Administration (MBA)
  • 8-12 yrs experience in marketing, ecommerce, program management
  • Experience in operating, managing, and delivering results in a customer-facing FMCG/retail/services marketing role
  • Strong analytical/quantitative skills with experience of using data to test theories, confirm assumptions & measure success
Preferred Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of customer segments and behaviors to influence these segments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning, influencing stakeholders to align with objective
  • Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast paced environment
  • Ability to use hard data and metrics to make and support decisions. High proficiency with Excel
  • Proven ability to manage large and complicated projects with experience leading cross-functional projects and teams
  • Strong alignment to Amazon’s Leadership Principles
