The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing marketing activities, including market analysis, customer behavior evaluation, and identifying marketing opportunities. The role also involves developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels.
Additionally, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating marketing content, measuring campaign performance, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure message consistency and enhance customer experience, ultimately supporting the organization’s business objectives.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Marketing Specialist is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Marketing Strategy and Planning- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify potential marketing opportunities.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and plans covering advertising, public relations, and social media.
- Execute marketing campaigns and continuously monitor their performance.
- Optimize campaigns and implement improvements to ensure achievement of marketing objectives.
- Use marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track performance.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and key marketing metrics.
- Develop and create marketing content including:
- Copywriting
- Videos
- Presentations
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and external agencies when required.
- Ensure compliance with the approved marketing budget.
- Optimize resource utilization to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Coordinate with internal departments including:
- Product Development
- Design
- Finance
- Ensure consistency and alignment of marketing messages across all channels.
- Maintain organized marketing records and documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of records.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and Integrated Management System requirements.
Ensure compliance with Integrated Management System standards, including:
- ISO 9001
- ISO 22000
- ISO 45001
- ISO 14001
Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following:
- Marketing
- Public Relations
- Business Administration
- Or any related field
4 to 7 years of relevant experience in Marketing or related field
