We are seeking an NPO Partnership Specialist to support non-profit organizations through structured development and engagement programs. The role focuses on coordinating with partner organizations, providing hands‑on guidance, tracking progress, and ensuring effective follow‑up throughout the engagement lifecycle.
This role is similar to case management, with a focus on managing and supporting organizations rather than individuals, ensuring alignment with defined frameworks, processes, and performance milestones.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned non‑profit organizations.
- Guide partner organizations through their engagement journey, including:
- Conducting needs and gap assessments.
- Developing, monitoring, and following up on action plans.
- Tracking progress against agreed milestones and deliverables.
- Provide practical coaching and guidance to organizational representatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and subject matter experts to support partner needs.
- Support and participate in meetings, workshops, and engagement activities.
- Identify, monitor, and elevate risks, delays, or challenges in a timely and structured manner.
- 2–6 years of experience in:
Non‑profit organizations or social development initiatives,
or Partnership management, account management, or program coordination roles.
- Strong organizational and follow‑up skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Comfortable working within structured programs, frameworks, and reporting requirements.
- Fluency in Arabic is required.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in non‑profit capacity building or empowerment programs.
- Background in community development or social impact initiatives.
- Familiarity with governance or operational frameworks.
- Experience using CRM systems or structured tracking tools.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
