Overview
As Partnerships Manager, you will support the development and delivery of Pepsi Co’s partnerships and social impact agenda across Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East. The role focuses on building relationships with external organizations, developing impactful programs, and identifying opportunities that strengthen Pepsi Co’s connection with communities, partners, and key stakeholders. Working closely with Communications, Marketing, and Public Policy among other functions, you will help bring programs and partnerships to life while contributing to Pepsi Co’s reputation and purpose agenda across the region.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, industry platforms, innovation and cultural organizations, and community partners across the region.
- Identify partnership opportunities that support Pepsi Co’s business priorities, reputation goals, and social impact agenda.
- Develop and execute partnership plans, ensuring strong collaboration and delivery.
- Collaborate with Public Policy and Government Affairs teams on partnerships involving government, semi-government, or public sector entities where relevant.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure programs are executed effectively.
- Maintain a database of existing and potential partners and track partnership performance, milestones, and commitments.
- Social Impact Programs
- Develop and execute social impact initiatives across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
- Manage day-to-day implementation of flagship programs focused on areas such as youth development, entrepreneurship, education, innovation, community development, food security, and sustainable agriculture.
- Coordinate program timelines, budgets, reporting, partner management, measurement of results, and overall program governance.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen existing programs and introduce new initiatives that create meaningful impact in communities.
- Define success measures for partnerships and social impact programs and support the tracking and reporting of outcomes and impact.
- Track program budgets and spending, ensuring initiatives are delivered in line with Pepsi Co policies and regulations.
- Support employee volunteering and community engagement opportunities linked to Pepsi Co’s social impact agenda.
- Platforms, Events & Engagement Opportunities
- Identify and support opportunities for Pepsi Co to participate in relevant regional platforms, events, and initiatives aligned with the company’s priorities.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to develop activations, collaborations, and engagement opportunities around key programs and partnerships.
- Support the planning and execution of partnership-related events, launches, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
- Stay informed on developments across innovation, youth, sustainability, sports, culture, and community development to identify opportunities relevant to Pepsi Co.
- Communications & Storytelling
- Work closely with Communications teams to identify stories, content opportunities, and engagement moments linked to partnerships and social impact programs.
- Bring forward ideas for initiatives, campaigns, and collaborations that can strengthen Pepsi Co’s reputation and presence across the region.
- Support the development of program narratives, impact stories, case studies, and content that showcase Pepsi Co’s contribution to communities.
- Gather program results, beneficiary stories, and partner testimonials that can be used across internal and external communications channels.
- Support the identification of relevant awards, recognition opportunities, and external platforms that align with Pepsi Co's priorities and programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Public Affairs, Social Sciences, International Relations, or a related field.
- 7-9 years of experience in partnerships, communications, corporate affairs, social impact, stakeholder engagement, or related fields.
