The ideal candidate in order to meet the challenges of this position-in order to develop, implement and supervise all nursing services will need to possess the followings:

-Excellent administrative nursing skills along with prioritizing and delegating responsibilities;

-Thorough and extensive knowledge of Hospitals’ operating procedures, standards and regulations;

-Thorough and extensive knowledge in developing, assessing, evaluating nursing service objectives, clinical policies and procedures and directing the implementation of these objectives and of changes when appropriate;

-Ability to cope in a quick timely manner to different situations;

-Great responsibility and accountability;

Essential

Requirements:

- Western educated, trained, experienced Registered Nurse with valid RN license from country of origin;

- Bachelor Degree in Nursing;
Post-graduate nursing studies required;

- Master’s Degree in Nursing, Nursing Management, Nursing Administration, Health Services Administration or related healthcare area –required;

- Advanced Clinical Specialty
-Advanced Clinical Nurse Specialist- CNS – preferred;

- Registered Nurses with minimum 7-10 years of current clinical nursing experience in a particular specialty practice area- was 3-5 years of current demonstrated leadership and management experience as a Director of Nursing;

- Specialist training along with certification in area of specialty required;
