• Education – Bachelor’s degree in nursing (Master’s degree acceptable).
• License – Professional Nurse, current.
• Certification – Specific specialty in area of assignments.
• Work Experience – At least 5 years post‑board nursing experience, especially in the area required.

USRN, Royal College of Nursing (UK), BSc Nursing (Canada), State Diploma in Nursing (DEI, France).
