• Provide direct nursing care in assigned specialty units (Medical, Surgical, ICU, ER, Paediatrics, or Theatre).
• Adhere to the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) standards and hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with a multicultural team of healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate patient care.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records using the hospital’s HMIS system.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

• Qualification:
  
  Diploma (KMTC) or BSc in Nursing.
• License:
  Valid license from Nursing Council of Kenya and SCFHS eligibility (assistance provided).
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years post-registration in a hospital. Specialized experience preferred.
• Language:
  Fluent English (IELTS not always mandatory). Arabic is an advantage.
• Documents:
  Must provide NCK Good Standing Certificate and Police Clearance.
• Tax-Free Salary: KES 220,000 – 300,000 per month.
• Free Accommodation:
  Fully furnished, shared housing.
• Annual Flight:
  Return ticket to Kenya.
• Leave: 30 days annual leave + public holidays.
