Candidates will be assigned to a department based on their clinical experience.

As a Staff Nurse, you will be expected to:

• Provide total, direct nursing care in alignment with the plan of care, respecting patient privacy, dignity, and culture.
• Prepare, administer, and document all prescribed medications, manage intravenous lines, and continuously monitor and record patients' conditions.
• Perform age-specific, systematic, and holistic initial patient health assessments.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team (including physicians) and patients/families to develop, update, and evaluate an effective plan of care.
• Provide evidence-based quality of care, adhering to hospital and nursing division policies and standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in collaboration with the infection prevention and control and patient safety departments.
• Protect patient privacy, uphold dignity, and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
