Registered Nurse – Staff Nurse, On‑site, Saudi Arabia

• Deliver comprehensive bedside nursing care, assess patients, administer medications, monitor and document vital signs, and implement prescribed treatment plans.
• Perform clinical procedures including IV cannulation, wound dressing, catheter care, and other bedside interventions per protocol.
• Document all care accurately and promptly in Electronic Medical Records and update nursing care plans and shift handovers.
• Recognise and elevate changes in patient condition, coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely interventions.
• Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety protocols, and medication-safety standards to maintain clinical compliance.
• Provide patient and family education, support discharge planning, and mentor junior nursing staff during shifts.

• Experience in acute care or surgical wards.
• Experience with Saudi hospital EMR systems.
• Proficiency in medication administration, IV cannulation, wound care, patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, infection control, ACLS, and electronic medical records.
