Nursing Supervisor- Mental Health

Lead and manage the operations and activities of the assigned nursing related services units by assuming a 24-hour accountability. Ensure patient care activities are within established hospital, divisional and unit specific guidelines, policies and procedures, standards and protocols, etc. Facilitate care provided and assess staff by maintaining high visibility, 80 clinical presence to patients, families and staff in the area. Provide leadership and a resource role in the provision of patient care and other unit activities.

• Bachelor Degree in Nursing – Essential
• Master Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution – Preferred
• Current licensure as a professional registered nurse – Essential
• Specific Certification as required in area of assignment – Essential
• Eligible for Registration with Saudi Commission for Health Specialties – Essential

• For Bachelor degree:
  Minimum of 9 (nine) years current clinical nursing experience following licensure/registration in the country of origin, 4 (four) years of which in specific field/area and in comparable management position – Essential
• For Master degree:
  Minimum of 7 (seven) years current clinical nursing experience following licensure/registration in the country of origin, 4 (four) years of which in specific field/area and in comparable management position – Essential
