Charge Nurse (Riyadh)

A Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care Hospital in Riyadh is looking for experienced Charge Nurses to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting with and coordinating patient care
• Allocating nursing and healthcare resources where needed
• Organizing nurses' notes regarding patients
• Providing patient paperwork to relevant departments
• Supervising daily operating room activities and nursing staff
• Ensuring compliance with surgical and sterile protocols
• Coordinating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare team members
• Managing and coordinating nurse schedule
• Assigning patients to nurses
• Ensuring adherence to all relevant nursing standards
• Maintaining quality assurance of nursing documentation and client records

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as Charge Nurse or Senior Nurse
• Strong clinical expertise in critical, emergency, or peri‑operative care
• Leadership and team‑management skills
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in nursing documentation systems
