The Registered Nurse role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The nurse will provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions in accordance with clinical standards and facility policies. Daily responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes.
The nurse will educate patients and families on treatment plans, promote infection control and safety practices, and participate in quality improvement activities. The role may also involve mentoring junior staff and supporting orientation for nurses preparing for licensure exams.
- Current, valid nursing license and eligibility to practice as a Registered Nurse in Saudi Arabia.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Solid clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and care planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and use electronic health records where applicable.
- Knowledge of infection control, patient safety protocols, and evidence-based nursing practices.
- Capacity to work full time in an on-site, fast-paced clinical environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development, including exam preparation relevant to Gulf nursing licensure.
- Prior acute care or hospital experience in medical-surgical, emergency, or critical care settings is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
