SAUDI ARABIA Nurse Manager ER -Mental Health

Hospital Our Client is developing a new, specialized 50-bed Mental Health Hospital in Riyadh. This facility aims to provide comprehensive addiction and mental health services, featuring inpatient units, outpatient, and day-care centers.

Visas available for UK, European. Australian, New Zealand and North American passport holders.

Manage the services and activities of the assigned nursing unit including planning, organizing, directing and evaluating the delivery of patient care and unit/clinic operational management functions.

• Demonstrate knowledge and clinical skills appropriate to the area. Maintain a high visibility (80% clinical presence) to ensure that patient care activities are within established hospital, divisional and unit specific guidelines, policies and procedures, standards and protocols.

• Bachelor Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution – Essential
• Current licensure as a professional registered nurse – Essential
• Specific Certification as required in area of assignment – Essential
• Eligible for Registration with Saudi Commission for Health Specialties – Essential

Work Experience

• Minimum of 8 (eight) years current clinical nursing experience following licensure/ registration in the country of origin, 3 (three) years of which in specific field/area and in comparable management position – Essential
