As an Entry-Level Nurse in Riyadh, you will be responsible for providing basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse. Your duties will include assisting with patient admissions, taking vital signs, administering medications, and providing personal care to patients. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and communicating with the healthcare team to ensure proper patient care.
