We are recruiting an experienced Director of Nursing for a leading private healthcare group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished senior nursing leader to join a major healthcare organisation, providing strategic and operational leadership across nursing services while maintaining the highest standards of patient care, clinical governance and professional practice.

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for nursing services

• Lead and develop nursing teams to deliver excellent patient care

• Maintain high standards of clinical governance, quality and patient safety

• Support workforce planning, recruitment, retention and professional development

• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory standards

• Promote evidence-based nursing practice and continuous improvement

• Work collaboratively with senior medical, clinical and operational leadership

• Experienced senior nursing leader with a strong background in nursing management and leadership

• Previous Director of Nursing or senior nursing leadership experience highly desirable

• Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality and nursing standards

• Eligible for professional classification with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS)

• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional and confident presentation

• Female candidates meeting the client's stated requirements

• SAR 37,500–47,500 per month – approximately £89,000–£115,000 per annum tax-free

• Accommodation provided in accordance with employer policy

• Transportation to and from work provided

• Healthcare provided

• Annual economy return flight following completion of 12 months' service, subject to contract terms

• 30 calendar days annual vacation

• 10 calendar days annual holiday

• Family contract status

• Two-year contract

• 48-hour / six-day working week
