Job Description

The nursing specialist is responsible for developing and implementing nursing care plans, assessing the patient's health status, and providing direct care. Key tasks include measuring vital signs, collecting laboratory samples, administering medications as prescribed by the physician, and participating in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). The specialist also documents all nursing activities and procedures in the patient's medical record to ensure quality of service and compliance with safety standards.

Tasks and responsibilities

Basic nursing tasks

• Assessing the patient's health status, collecting, documenting, and analyzing data from the patient and their family.
• Identify healthcare needs and prepare an appropriate nursing care plan.
• Regularly monitor the implementation of the care plan and evaluate its results.
• Measuring vital signs and taking samples (blood, urine, stool) for laboratory testing.
• Follow up on sending samples to the laboratory, receiving results, and informing the specialist doctor.

Medical care and procedures

• Administer medications, intravenous solutions, and medical drugs according to the instructions of the treating physician.
• Contribute to cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) operations when needed.

Job requirements

Required academic qualifications

Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:

Experience
