An established home healthcare company in Riyadh is seeking a highly qualified and compassionate professional for the position of:
Female Registered Nurse - Home Healthcare.

To provide safe, comprehensive, and high-quality home nursing care in alignment with individualized medical treatment plans, ensuring patient safety and promoting overall health and well-being.

• Direct Patient Care:
  Deliver holistic nursing care, administer prescribed medications/treatments, and monitor patient responses.
• Health Assessment:
  Assess patient health status, measure vital signs regularly, and promptly report any changes in condition.
• Documentation & Compliance:
  Accurately document all nursing procedures in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems while maintaining strict infection control and safety standards.
• Patient & Family
  
  Education:
  
  Educate patients and their families regarding healthcare plans, medical conditions, and home care protocols.
• Interdisciplinary
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Collaborate closely with physicians and the healthcare team to optimize care quality and participate in ongoing professional development programs.

• Gender: Female.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Professional Registration:
  Active SCFHS classification and registration (Saudi Commission for Health Specialties).
• Experience:
  
  3 to 5 years of professional nursing experience within the Saudi healthcare market (Home healthcare or critical care background preferred).
• Certifications:
  
  Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in computer usage and EMR/EHR systems.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Sound decision-making, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
• Strict adherence to professional ethics and patient confidentiality under pressure.

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
