Maternity Nurse — Permanent Family Nursing — Riyadh
Private Medical Recruitment for the Gulf | UK & European Trained Specialists
Who We Place:
Private & Maternity Nurses, Physiotherapists & Osteopaths, Private & Concierge Physicians
An appointment has opened with a private family in Riyadh for a UK & European-trained Maternity Nurse. A calm, unobtrusive presence is what this residence expects, in a household where the best care is barely noticed. You will go where the family goes, whether that is London, Marbella or the Côte d'Azur, so that the quality of the newborn and the mother's recovery never depends on where the family happens to be.
The family employs you directly; we vet your credentials before any introduction is made. Requirements A qualified maternity nurse whose nursing registration is held in the UK or Europe, and a professional history we can verify quietly. A track record of 5 years in maternity nursing, ideally close to families or private clients. We introduce maternity nurses trained and registered in the UK or Europe;
nothing proceeds until your standing is confirmed. Calm, precise English is essential for a maternity nurse here, and you will sign an NDA before introductions begin. Expect to spend extended periods in Europe with the family; settling quickly into each new residence matters. Benefits Salary is gross, from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician;
each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. A private home within the Riyadh residence is provided by the family. Time off is paid, and flights home are provided by the family; stability of tenure is part of what the family offers. Every trip with the family is funded by the family, including your lodging, so the maternity nurse role carries no travel expense.
Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
