Charge Nurse Job Riyadh area,Riyadh Region Saudi Arabia,Nursing

Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of nursing staff during assigned shifts.
Distribute nursing duties and ensure appropriate coverage of clinical areas.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and adherence to assigned schedules.
Provide day-to-day guidance and support to nursing staff.
Escalate staffing issues and operational concerns to the Head Nurse.

B. Patient Care and Clinical Support

Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care.
Assist dermatologists and aesthetic physicians during consultations and procedures.
Ensure patients are appropriately prepared before dermatological, aesthetic, and laser treatments.
Monitor patients during and after procedures and report any adverse reactions or complications promptly.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of nursing assessments and interventions.

C. Dermatology, Aesthetic & Laser Operations

Coordinate nursing support for dermatology consultations, laser sessions, and aesthetic procedures.
Ensure treatment rooms, medical equipment, and supplies are prepared and available.
Verify that procedures are performed by appropriately qualified and authorized personnel.
Report equipment malfunctions, supply shortages, and operational issues to the Head Nurse.
Support the implementation of approved clinical protocols and departmental procedures.

D. Infection Control and Patient Safety

Ensure adherence to infection prevention, sterilization, and medical waste disposal procedures.
Monitor compliance with patient identification and safety protocols.
Report incidents, adverse events, and near misses according to clinic policies.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and administration of medications in accordance with approved procedures.

E. Documentation and Communication

Ensure nursing records and shift reports are accurate and complete.
Communicate relevant patient care updates and operational concerns to the Head Nurse.
Coordinate with physicians and other departments to maintain smooth patient flow.
Assist in monitoring medical supplies and reporting replenishment requirements.
Support patient satisfaction initiatives and address routine nursing-related concerns within the assigned authority.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution, subject to applicable requirements.
Valid professional registration and classification with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), as applicable.
Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Previous nursing experience; experience in dermatology, aesthetic, or laser clinics is preferred.
Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of infection control, patient safety, and clinical documentation standards.
Good communication, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
