Job Description

Support the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of the outlet(s) daily operations with a goal of providing a high quality experience to guests.

• Warmly welcome and greet our customers to the outlet
• Learn to possess good product knowledge and be well‑versed in all menu items served
• Confidently present the menu and propose / upsell different food & beverage choices to our customers
• Place orders through the point‑of‑sale (POS) system and help serve orders to the tables accurately
• Assist in clearing and resetting of tables according to hygiene standards and requirements
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness for the service station
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management relating to the service and cleanliness of the restaurant
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards
• Handle guests' feedback promptly
• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
• Perform other duties as directed by the management

• Capable of providing excellent customer service with a can‑do attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow team members as part of a team
• Able to work in a fast paced environment, with a keen eye for quality control
