Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh for a Fast Food Restaurant Manager. The role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include staff hiring and training, maintaining food quality and safety standards, monitoring financial performance, and addressing customer needs to deliver excellent service. The manager will ensure a positive dining experience while fostering a productive and motivated team environment.
KeyDuties and Responsibilities First:
Operational Management
- Oversee all daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with approved quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Ensure equipment and inventory readiness and prevent stockouts or unjustified waste.
- Handle emergency operational issues and make appropriate immediate decisions.
- Ensure adherence to working hours, shifts, and staff scheduling.
Team Management
- Lead the team and distribute tasks clearly and fairly.
- Monitor employee performance and provide continuous guidance and training.
- Submit periodic evaluation reports and observations to management.
- Handle internal disputes and unprofessional behaviors within the branch.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and workplace discipline.
Customer Service
- Ensure the delivery of a professional ordering and service experience.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a firm and professional manner.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and take immediate corrective actions.
- Represent the brand image within the branch.
- Monitor daily sales and financial reports.
- Reconcile cash and POS reports at the end of each shift.
- Minimize waste and control operating costs.
- Comply with approved collection and deposit procedures.
Reporting and Administrative Compliance
- Prepare periodic operational reports and submit them to management.
- Comply with all official policies, procedures, and instructions.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Quality departments.
- Respond to internal and external audit observations.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing restaurants or food retail outlets.
- Proven experience in team leadership and achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Discipline and compliance with policies.
