Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Account Executive for managing key client relationships to drive revenue growth. The Account Executive’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers to develop new business and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the SaaS product, its features, and updates.
  • Understand clients' business needs and objectives.
  • Anticipate client challenges and provide proactive solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Prepare reports on account planning.
  • Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Good experience with the government sector and familiarity with GOV procedures.
  • Well experienced with the Etimad portal.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on subscription-based revenue models.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Hub Spot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
