Position: SALES MEMBERSHIP SPECIALIST

We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Membership Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As part of a leading human resources outsourcing agency focused on the fitness industry, the Sales Membership Specialist will be instrumental in promoting our membership services to fitness organizations and professionals. This role requires a passionate individual who understands the fitness landscape and has a strong sales background to foster meaningful relationships with clients and help them achieve their business goals through effective membership solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients within the fitness industry, utilizing various outreach methods such as networking events, social media, and direct marketing.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the fitness sector to effectively promote our membership offerings and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations that highlight the unique benefits of our membership services to prospective fitness clients.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth and effective customer journey.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with fitness professionals and organizations.
  • Provide exceptional support to existing members, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Analyze market trends specific to the fitness industry to identify new opportunities for growth and service enhancement.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management, detailing successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge of industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fitness clients to encourage renewals and referrals, contributing to our agency's growth.

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within the fitness or health industry, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse clients in the fitness sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven approach to achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.
