ABCO Building Materials is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales within the building materials industry, hold a valid Saudi Arabian driving license, and possess a strong educational background with an MBA or equivalent degree. The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, building customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and filter 100-150 genuine customers from the initial outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with filtered customers.
- Conduct weekly visits to these customers to understand their needs and promote products.
- Meet or exceed a minimum monthly sales target of 250,000 SR, with an actual target of 750,000 SR.
- Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team.
- Age: 27 - 40 years old.
- Driving License:
Valid Saudi Arabian driving license is mandatory. - Experience:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry. - Education:
MBA or any equivalent degree. - Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Basic Salary: 2500 SR per month.
- Incentive: 1% incentive on total sales after meeting the target.

Up and down flight ticket for vacation. - Contract Period: 2 years.
