Job Description- Execute the sales strategy and plans, promote logistics products (cross‑border, warehousing & distribution, domestic delivery, air & ocean freight), and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop new customers in the local market and build long‑term business relationships.
- Prepare service proposals and quotations, support commercial discussions and contract signing, and ensure smooth handover of signed deals to operations for implementation.
- Maintain and manage assigned accounts, monitor service performance, coordinate with Operations, Customer Service and Finance to solve customer issues, and enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Follow up on receivables and support timely collection of payments, while identifying and reporting potential business or credit risks.
- Complete required sales reports and provide frontline feedback on customers, market trends and competitors to support optimization of sales tactics and product offerings.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 3 years of sales experience; experience in logistics, express, freight forwarding, supply chain or cross‑border e‑commerce is preferred.
- Strong customer development and communication skills, result‑oriented, with solid execution capability and ability to work under pressure.
