JobPurpose
Evostel is seeking an experienced Sales Representative in our Riyadh showroom. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in electrical and mechanical products, hands‑on experience with leading global brands, and the ability to manage and motivate a showroom sales team. This role is responsible for driving showroom sales growth, improving customer experience, and supporting project‑based opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Showroom Management & Leadership- Supervise and lead the showroom team to ensure high performance, discipline, and excellent customer service.
- Train and guide the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
- Ensure proper planning, organization, and smooth daily operations of the showroom.
- Oversee product displays, merchandising standards, and stock availability.
- Drive sales for electrical and mechanical products through walk‑in customers, contractors, developers, and consultants.
- Actively pursue opportunities to increase showroom sales and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- Provide technical support, product selection guidance, and detailed explanations to customers.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales effectively.
- Support project inquiries and coordinate with the external sales team for large opportunities.
Strong working knowledge of the following brands/products is required:
- ABB Products: Furse, Steel City, Red Dot, Liquid‑Tight Flexible Conduits, Cable Glands, Cable Lugs
- Eaton Products: Crouse‑Hinds Conduits & Fittings, Eaton Breakers, Disconnect Switches
- Mechanical Products: GALA, LEDE, Hitachi
- Fire Alarm Systems: General understanding and sales capability in fire alarm product lines
Maintain accurate sales records, daily reports, and team performance updates. Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demand. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product gaps, and opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Experience- 3–7 years of experience in electrical and mechanical product sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Proven track record in showroom‑based sales.
- Strong product knowledge in ABB, Eaton, Schneider, GALA, LEDE, Hitachi, and fire‑alarm systems.
- Ability to manage, motivate, and train showroom staff.
- Strong communication, customer engagement, and negotiation skills.
- Electrical/Mechanical is preferred.
- Fluency in English;
Arabic is an advantage.
