We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Business Development Manager to join our Dubai‑based team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software solutions and proven experience in selling technology‑based software products or services. They will be responsible for driving new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through consultative and solution‑based selling.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Linkfields’ software solutions.
- Conduct client needs analysis to align software products with business requirements.
- Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and proposals to potential clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Linkfields’ software offerings and competitive landscape.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long‑term satisfaction and account growth.
- Collaborate with the technical and implementation teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline progress, and market trends.
- Matric (Grade 12) essential; relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Business, IT, or Marketing preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in software or IT solution sales (B2B environment preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding software sales targets.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, cloud solutions, or digital transformation offerings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and consultative selling ability.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho) is advantageous.
- Results‑oriented with a strong drive for achievement.
- Self‑motivated and proactive in identifying sales opportunities.
- Customer‑centric mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Tech‑savvy and adaptable to emerging digital trends.
- Team player with a professional and collaborative attitude.
