Job Responsibilities:
- Understanding customers' needs and providing Software and service solutions.
- Existing core customer value mining and helping them to accelerate the enterprise's digital transformation.
- Utilize networking and prospecting skills to generate leads and identify strategic solution-based sales opportunities.
- Ability needed:
Understand telco market, Competition analysis, business opportunity background analysis, business quotation and negotiation, contract negotiation, etc. - Develop sales plans based on industry trends and customer analysis.
- Work closely with the Solutions Engineer team in delivering and ensuring customers are gaining high value from their investments.
- Manage sales life‑cycle for all accounts.
- Experience with Telco industry, working with large high‑profile accounts would be a added advantage
- Exhibits a “hunter” mentality and possesses an outstanding ability to close sales.
- Excellent working experience with a business quotation, Contract negotiation
- Proven record and strong capability to generate leads, pursue opportunities, and sell.
- Experience selling at C‑level.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills in English, skills in Chinese would be a added advantage.
- Possesses a strong sensibility for technology.
- Ability to solve customer‑related problems in a positive manner.
- Strong in consultative and insight‑based selling
- Proven ability to grow revenue and manage accounts
- Good knowledge Telco industry
- Experience analyzing data, trends, and the market to develop key selling points
