We are seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role is suitable for candidates with over one year of experience in SAAS sales or account management. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging potential customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Duties & Responsibilities- Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential customers in designated territories, focusing on customer segmentation and various industries.
- Research and identify new leads using various online tools/offline resources.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to engage prospects and generate interest in our products.
- Conduct professional on-ground visits, including live product demonstrations, addressing client inquiries, and documenting key insights.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for qualified leads generated by scheduling and attending outdoor meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and effectively address their needs.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients.
- Generate referral accounts, agencies, and partnerships.
- Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Re‑engage with churned clients to understand their reasons for leaving and explore opportunities for reactivation.
- Collaborate with other teams to provide the best solutions for clients.
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions accurately.
- Prepare quotations for clients.
- Gather and analyze feedback from clients to improve our offerings.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
- 1+ years of experience in the Sales field (preferably in SaaS, ERP, or B2B environments).
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Valid KSA driver’s license.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt.
- Target and results‑oriented, with a proven track record of meeting challenges.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Flexibility with working hours and different working conditions.
- Good in English.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
