Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Specialist with strong B2B experience in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will come from industries such as engineering, contracting, construction, or fit-out and will have a solid understanding of client requirements in commercial projects. This role focuses on expanding BeFit’s footprint in the entertainment and sports sector, with a particular emphasis on bowling centers, entertainment projects, and large-scale sports facilities
.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in Saudi Arabia within the sports, entertainment, and fitness sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, engineering firms, and fit-out companies.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable BeFit solutions for gyms, bowling alleys, and entertainment projects.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Work closely with BeFit’s technical and project teams to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to improve BeFit’s product offerings and positioning.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in engineering, construction, contracting, or fit-out industries.
  • Strong network and understanding of the commercial project ecosystem in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Passion for sports, fitness, and entertainment solutions is a plus.
