• Lead new business development and actively acquire new government and enterprise clients.
• Own and grow strategic and high-value accounts while expanding the client portfolio.
• Develop and execute sales and account strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Manage complex, end-to-end sales cycles from opportunity identification to deal closure.
• Build executive-level relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Lead RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and major proposal submissions.
• Collaborate closely with technical, data, AI, and delivery teams to position winning solutions.
• Drive revenue growth, pipeline development, and performance against defined targets.
• Provide market insights and contribute to overall business growth strategy.
• Mentor and support junior account managers when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise account management, or consulting sales.
• Proven track record in new client acquisition and revenue growth, particularly within government or government-affiliated entities.
• Strong understanding of public-sector procurement, contracting, and tendering environments.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and Arabic.
