Job Scope

This role will be responsible for Kyriba customers from the time they sign their SaaS agreement and throughout their lifecycle with Kyriba. The role is split into five responsibilities: onboarding, upsell and cross‑sell, customer support, retention & renewal, and business operations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Onboarding:
    Set up handover calls between sales, presales, and the implementation partner, create a project tracker, and ensure the customer goes live quickly and efficiently.
  • Upsell and Cross‑Sell:
    Carry an upsell and cross‑sell target, define whitespace, and engage cross‑functional experts to identify opportunities and book business.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    Monitor utilization, ensure platform delivers expected value, facilitate training, conduct health checks, and secure executive engagement to increase adoption.
  • Customer Support:
    Maintain Kyriba SLA’s, act as first escalation point, and liaise with Kyriba support team when needed.
  • Reference Management:
    Serve as single contact for regional and global reference requests, build case studies, and develop a regional use‑case library.
  • Renewals:
    Maintain high retention, ensure the book of business grows YoY per regional targets, and offset churn by increasing ARR for renewing customers.
  • Book‑of‑Business Operations:
    Keep detailed reports of all transactions and agreements, deliver reports to Kyriba and Midis finance teams, and work with finance to ensure timely invoicing.
  • Marketing, Events, and Awards:
    Coordinate customer participation in events, round tables, and publications; nominate customers for prestigious awards.
Position Requirements
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
  • Experience:

    7 to 10 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in KSA (Africa experience and multilingual skills are a plus).
